Flirttime – Summary of Terms of Use

This is a simplified summary of our Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). You must read and accept the full Terms, Privacy Policy, and Safety Tips before using Flirttime. Capitalized terms are defined in the full Agreement.
1. Acceptance
By using Flirttime, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Safety Tips, and any terms related to in-app purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use dating services. You may not use Flirttime if you are a convicted felon or registered sex offender.
3. Your Account
If you sign up through Facebook or another third party, you authorize us to access certain information. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and secure. 4. Modifications & Termination
We may modify or stop offering the Service at any time. You can delete your account anytime via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Agreement or misuse the app.

We do not perform background checks. Use caution when interacting with others and follow our Safety Tips. Flirttime is not responsible for user behavior.

We grant you a limited license to use Flirttime. You grant us a license to display your profile and content to operate and improve the service.

Services may be purchased via platforms like iTunes or Google Play. Purchases follow platform terms. Most are non-refundable, and some offer only temporary licenses.

If your copyrighted content appears on Flirttime without permission, contact our Copyright Agent as described in the Agreement.

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or outcomes from using Flirttime.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. In most cases, our maximum liability will not exceed the fees you’ve paid to us.
12. Arbitration
Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration (unless you're in the EU, Norway, or other jurisdictions where this is not allowed). No jury trials or class actions.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes must be resolved in Dallas, Texas, unless otherwise required by your local laws.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Flirttime harmless for issues arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
